My package containing 2 personalized wedding bands had been lost by the Postal Service. Paradise Collection, after finding out what happened, made 2 new rings, did not charge me and mailed them via fed ex. They made it into my hands 11 days before my anniversary. I ordered the 14K Yellow Gold Single Initial Hawaiian Pendant with Hand Carved Diamond Plumeria and received it. It is amazingly beautiful and can't wait to present it to my grand-daughter when she graduates high school next year. Our family has Hawaiian in our ancestry and believe she'll truly appreciate her first piece of Hawaiian Heirloom Jewelry. I will definitely be ordering from you in the future to add to my collection of the five pieces I already own.

When I received my bracelet which was beautiful, I accidentally broke it. I sent an email and they requested I send it back to be fixed. As my wrist is rather large by today's standards, I asked for 3 more little turtles to be put on the length. They said it would be no problem and they would not let me pay for the repair and extra turtles. This is the mark of an exceptional business. They deal in gold and silver and I cannot always buy things I want because of the cost. When they have a sale, I always jump in. These people are in Hawaii and they are wonderful to do business with. I highly recommend them.

I bought a beautiful Tahitian pearl necklace from here & I love it. Unfortunately, it broke after only a month of owning it, HOWEVER, they had GREAT customer service & immediately replaced the broken chain. They responded to my email right away & we’re happy help out and easy to talk to. Customer service is important to me, so I was very happy with this company.

I ordered a 14k Gold Hawaiian Slipper Pendant with diamond straps for my wife's birthday. She used to have one just like it but recently lost it. It is exactly what I was looking for. When I received it, I noticed it was missing one of the little diamonds so I sent an email to the company about it. Within minutes, I received a response saying that another one would be put in the mail with a self addressed envelope to send the other pendant back. I received the new one in 2 days. Ryan was all over this. I was very impressed at the very high level of customer service I received. The pendant is very nice and just as advertised.

My wife was looking for Hawaiian barrel style jewelry engraved with the names of our children / grandchildren for a layered necklace. We searched numerous jewelry stores in Central California and on line. No one could or would design and produce what she wanted. Remembering her Hawaiian bracelet we contacted paradise collection. I contacted paradise by email which was answered directly by Ryan, a real person and not a canned response or chat-bot. During the exchange Ryan provided his phone number and we called. He was pleasant, patient, professional and knowledgeable. He clearly cared about the service he was providing and listened to what we needed. He understood immediately what my wife was looking for and sent a cad drawing with what he had envisioned. We were able to see what we were working with and provided him with some refinements. He explained the process and said he would have mock ups done and emailed. If we were satisfied we would provide a down payment and the jewelers would go to work. He gave us a time line of 3-4 weeks from design to production and delivery. Everything went exactly as Ryan had outlined. The pieces were delivered and were exquisite. Exactly what we were looking for. Outstanding workmanship and quality. Thank you Paradise Collection and thank you Ryan! You have a customer for life!

I just received my order! I am so pleased and absolutely love! You see, my son purchase one very similar to the one I ordered. Unfortunately it was recently lost. I was truly heartbroken 💔. This is a beautiful replacement which looks very similar and he will never know and I am whole again! ❤️ Mahalo for your excellent customer service and speedy delivery! I am attending my grandson’s 1 year Luau and I will be proudly wearing my beautiful necklace from Paradise Collection with pride. The money spent here is worth every penny!! Five stars!!
